Fernando was a very knowledgeable and thorough agent. From day one he spent a lot of time with us explaining the market in our area so that we could price our home to fit the market and our wants. He gave us timely updates on scheduled showings (the home was unoccupied) and feedback from potential buyers. He was always accessible and typically responded to questions we had within an hour or two (max).
